CAMDL Executive Director, Taweh Johnson, participates in 17th Conference of Information Commissioners & UNESCO International Day for Universal Access to Information

CAMDL Executive Director, Taweh Johnson , is participating in the 17th Conference of Information Commissioners and UNESCO International Day for Universal Access to Information at the Julius Maada Bio International Conference Centre in Lungi, Sierra Leone.

CAMDL is grateful to UNESCO for facilitating his participation. Taweh is representing Campaigners Against Misinformation and Disinformation in Liberia.

At the conference, Taweh Johnson been a panelist during the panel discussion on access to Information, public Interest data, and information integrity in West Africa: one year after the Praia Conference and a rapporteur for a plenary session from transparency to proactive disclosure toward a new international standard.
